Privacy policy
This policy explains the information Niched handles during its private alpha and how you can ask for it to be corrected or removed.
Niched stores account details supplied through Clerk, tools saved to your stack, spend and renewal details you enter, decision notes, product submissions, niche requests, research requests, and newsletter details when that feature is enabled.
We may record search queries, result counts, request timing, technical logs, and a hashed network identifier used only for abuse prevention. Raw network addresses are not written to the Niched rate limit table.
We use this information to run saved stacks, improve niche coverage, review submissions, answer research requests, operate security controls, and measure whether the product is useful. Ranking placement is not sold to vendors.
Niched currently relies on Clerk for authentication, Neon for application data, Cloudflare R2 for private source snapshots, and Vercel for hosting. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Account data is kept while an account is active or while it is needed for a legitimate operational, security, or legal purpose. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing hello@niched.dev.
Niched links to third party sources and may store dated factual snapshots for auditing. Those external services control their own privacy practices. Do not submit confidential information through public forms.
