These terms define the boundary for using Niched during its private alpha, including accounts, submitted information, monitoring, and commercial independence.
Niched is an early stage software intelligence and monitoring service. Features, evidence coverage, refresh frequency, and availability may change while the product is being proven. Paid monitoring is not open unless the pricing page explicitly says otherwise.
Niched provides research and evidence to support a software decision. It does not provide legal, financial, security, tax, or procurement advice. Verify material claims with the linked source and the vendor before committing money or infrastructure.
Keep account access secure and provide accurate information. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, overwhelm the service, submit unlawful material, scrape restricted content through Niched, or interfere with another user.
You keep ownership of information you submit. You grant Niched permission to process it to operate the requested feature. Do not submit confidential data, private credentials, or content you do not have the right to provide.
Product facts can come from third party APIs and permitted public sources. Niched labels source and capture time where practical, but cannot guarantee that an external source is complete, current, or error free. External sites are governed by their own terms.
A payment for monitoring, research, or another commercial service cannot purchase a ranking, score, verdict, caveat, correction outcome, or favorable placement. Active commercial relationships must follow the public disclosure policy.
The private alpha is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Niched is not responsible for indirect losses caused by relying on incomplete evidence or an external service.
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions may be sent to hello@niched.dev.
